My name is Justyna and I have decided to write this blog to provide guidance to those who enjoy eating and are seeking to manage their weight. My experiences with eating led me to believe that we do not have to be slaves to constant dieting. It is possible to manage ones weight without crazy diets and I am a proof of it.
I am 35 years old and a stay at home mom who graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors Degree in Science and earned a Masters Degree in Health Law. I am 5’6, 112 pounds. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week where I do cardiovascular conditioning and use some weights. More importantly, I eat what I like, including desserts, while maintaining my desired weight.
After several people inquired about my diet, I had an idea to jot down everything I eat as way to help people realize that it is possible to eat a variety of foods, including desserts, and manage weight.
